For the unconscious mind to form a habit all that we need to do is to practice it, making use of conscious repetition. The unconscious mind is not discerning so it does not matter if the habit we are practicing is good or bad. Using Hypnosis, we can change that habit, by tapping into the core belief or motivation for the practice of this habit.

SMOKING
Every smoker says that they want to quit but not many are ready to put in the work. It’s not easy giving up your friend that has been there in the good times and the bad. It takes three weeks to break a habit and hypnosis can help you through it. BUT it is not a magic wand and your WANT (not need) to quit has to be stronger than the habit!
Two sessions are required to give up smoking with the option of doing a complimentary reinforcement session. Together, we can break the HABIT!
